What is Samply?

Samply offers you the opportunity to experience the products that are suitable for you. It is a platform where you can try the products before you buy them and help others by sharing your experience with the products you have tried.

 

How does Samply work?

When you sign up, we ask you some questions to get to know you. Once you answer the questions, we recommend products that fit your profile. Try the products, enjoy them, and don’t forget to review them.

 

Who decides who gets free products?

Brands choose their target in our platform and if you are in the target group you see recommended products in your profile.

 

Is it completely FREE?

Yes! For our users, Samply is completely free to be a member, get products delivered, and the products themselves.

 

Are there any requirements to be a member of Samply?

Anybody who is over 18 years old can be a member and use our service for free.

 

Is it only in Finland?

For now, yes. Samply operates only in Finland. But soon it will be available in other countries too! Follow our social media for the news!

 

How many accounts can I have?

You can only have one account per person. Duplicate accounts will be deleted, and their orders will be canceled.

 

How many products can I order at one time?

You can choose three products amongst the ones which are recommended to you at a time. It is not possible to order less or more than three in one order.

 

I have less than three products recommended to me, what should I do?

Just wait patiently! When your recommended products are three or more, you can start ordering and enjoying them!

 

How many orders can I have at the same time?

You can have only one order at a time. If you want to make a new order, you need to review the products you have tried.

 

How can I delete my account?

Just send us an e-mail with your account information and your account will be deleted in three working days.
